HOUSE
1998
NR nomination: One-story front-gabled frame bungalow secondary house.

In the 1998 survey, this was deemed a Noncontributing Building.

2015 Survey Update: One-and-a-half-story, front-gabled house is set back from the street on a previously vacant lot. The house is three bays wide and triple-pile with plain weatherboards and vinyl windows, paired on the façade and in the front dormer. The six-panel door, centered on the façade, has one-light-over-one-panel sidelights and is sheltered by a full-width, hip-roofed porch supported by columns on paneled piers. There is a single gabled dormer on the right (north) and left (south) elevations and a series of small fixed windows on the right elevation. The house appears under construction in the 1997 survey photos and county tax records date the building to 1998.
