HOWARD HUSE HOUSE
1924
Two-story, frame, Dutch Colonial Revival with recessed front door, plain siding, one-over-one window sash, full-width front shed dormer, exterior end brick chimney, and flanking one-story wings with eight-over-eight window sash. This is a Sears & Roebuck house built for Howard Huse, a romance languages professor.

The house and rental cottage have been demolished since the 1993 survey. The garage remains, but is now part of the 738 Gimghoul property.

In the 2013 survey, this was deemed a Contributing Building.

GARAGE
1924
Frame, gambrel-roofed garage was built at the same time as the house. The garage is now part of the 738 Gimghoul property. In the 2013 survey, this was deemed a Contributing Building.

RENTAL COTTAGE - GONE
1940
One-story, hip-roofed, stone house with wood casement windows was built as a study for Howard Huse. The building has been demolished.
